Atuou como Membro Efetivo Regional da Comissão Especial de Relacionamento com o Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 15ª Região (OAB/SP) no biênio 2023/2024, espaço institucional de interlocução entre a advocacia e a Corte regional. Participa do Conselho Superior de Relações do Trabalho (CORT) da FIESP e presta auxílio técnico à CNA via UNICA.Served as Regional Effective Member of the Special Commission for Relations with the 15th Regional Labor Court (OAB/SP) in 2023/2024, an institutional space of dialogue between the legal profession and the regional court. Member of FIESP's Superior Council of Labour Relations (CORT), providing technical support to CNA via UNICA.

Aprofundou sua formação em técnicas de negociação em curso ministrado em Miami, em instituição parceira da Yale University, repertório que se reflete tanto na composição extrajudicial de conflitos quanto na arquitetura argumentativa das peças e sustentações orais.Deepened his training in negotiation techniques through a course in Miami at an institution partnered with Yale University, a repertoire reflected both in extrajudicial dispute resolution and in the argumentative architecture of briefs and oral arguments.
